Its so usual to walk around New York City and witness the already narrow streets with construction going on; as if there isn't a need for more space and not less. I started my day on the narrow streets in Soho only to end up by 59th street bridge by night.
And for the life of god I could not keep my shirt closed at one point, so have at it ! :) I call this
......General Feeling.
